Model: hunt = search hours × team × weeks × staff rate. Echo = 2 leads × 3 h/week × lead rate. Drift = 7% of project hours as rework, 48% of it data-driven (FMI/Autodesk, Construction Disconnected), at staff rate. Late catch = one finding per project, ~400 h cross-discipline at a blended rate, capped vs. fee. Recovery rates (same as the deck): 50% of search time, 40% of senior interruptions, 40% of data-driven rework, 70% of late findings. The senior-interruption line is our assumption — no industry statistic exists; judge it against your own week.
